I found an answer here ( http://bbpress.org/forums/topic/check-for-topic-pages-gt-1 ) that works well enough. It included a nonlinking page 1, and a next button, but I've hid those and only show the extra pages.

Ah, I am using 1.0 final. Is there a master list of template tags / functions somewhere like they've got for WP? In WP any time I need something I can usually just go track it down in their codex but with bbPress I always feel lost. I see on that page it says to use the topic page links function. Where can I get some info on that?

I believe that functionality is built into version 1.0.

Here is the plugin version, for version 0.9:
http://bbpress.org/plugins/topic/page-links-for-bbpress/

Which bbPress version are you using?

Is there a way to display a page navigation under each topic title on the front page? Like if a topic is 4 pages it'll show 1, 2, 3, 4 all with links to said page. For example, the way yayhooray does it is very nice.

Any ideas?
