The pretty permalinks were not working after changing the config and .htaccess file. I then tried to run /bb-admin/rewrite-rules.php and get the following message: "Internet explorer cannot download rewrite-rules.php from mywebsite.com. Internet explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found."</p> <p>I doublechecked the domain, the spelling, the case, and everything is where it should be.
