			<description><![CDATA[<p>Wait, where is it strongly recommended to use 1.0 over 0.9.6 for security reasons?</p>
<p>The 0.9.x branch has been around for a lot longer.  1.0 hasn't been out for that long, and the primary developer hasn't been around to root out and/or patch any security issues.</p>
<p>I'm not saying that 1.0 is insecure - just that there's nothing inherent about 1.0 that makes it more secure cuz it's more recent. :-)
