&#60;p&#62;Also, please provide a URL where this can be seen.  Sounds like the path to the CSS is borked.  The URL also helps someone determine what sort of hosting you're using.

<description>&#60;p&#62;After I upgraded my forum to v0.8.1, the CSS for any theme no longer works.  I get a 500 error when trying to access any CSS file for a theme.  I have tried chmodding everything and I just don't know what to do.
