<description>&#60;p&#62;I would like to suggest that some of the data in the config.php file be configurable through the web by the admin at the &#34;Site Management&#34; section.  You could have another tab that was something like &#34;Preferences&#34; where the admin could change the site name, the timezone offset, checkbox for if you want permalinks, number of topics per page, edit time limit, Akismet Key, etc.  Basically, all those configurable variables that are in the config.php file.
