Ok found a good fix for this!

in bbp_signature.php

in function bbp_reply_content_append_user_signature & function bbp_topic_content_append_user_signature

change

$signature = bbp_get_user_signature ( $user_id );

to

$signature = xprofile_get_field_data( 'Signature', $user_id );

Then in Buddypress profile fields add a field called Signature.

Bam fixed.

I even went ahead and added a bbcode parser to the plugin so it works real nice. you can download the full fix here

OBSERVED BEHAVIOUR:
------------------
In Installation Step 3, the '"Key Master" Username' is a text entry box, with no pre-populated values.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
------------------
The '"Key Master" Username' should be a drop-list, with the admin IDs of the primary blog in it.

DETAILS
-------

When integrating with an MU site, Step 2 asks for the WordPress Primary Blog ID.

In step 3, the install program uses the value entered to find administrators for the specified blog. The function
populate_keymaster_user_login_from_user_tables
concatenates the database prefix, the blog ID specified, and the constant '_capabilities'. For example, if the prefix is 'wp_' and blog ID is 1, you get 'wp_1_capabilities'.

There's only one problem with this. When you install WordPress, you have to complete the standard installation, and then reconfigure it to be a multi-site blog. For the standard installation, the first blog does not contain the numeric ID, and neither does the capabilities meta_key - it is simply 'wp_capabilities'.

SUGGESTED FIX:
-------------
In Step 2, the pop-up help text for the "WordPress MU primary blog ID" field states:

"If you are integrating with a WordPress MU site you need to specify the primary blog ID for that site. It is usually 1. You should probably leave this blank if you are integrating with a standard WordPress site."

Change the wording, to more accurately reflect what needs to be entered:

"If you are integrating with a WordPress MU site, you need to specify the primary blog ID for that site. If you have changed the primary site, enter the site ID. You should probably leave this blank if you have not changed the primary site, or if you are integrating with a standard WordPress site."

Right now, I have no access to the bbPress admin section.

I tried this with three clean installations of bbPress and the same thing happened. I'm certain that the Role Map was set up correctly.

The Role Map database table says the following:

I have a huge problem. I just innstalled the bbpress and now when I try to access one of my many blogs on the wpmu innstallation, it all forwards to /forum/wp-admin.

Example: http://thomas.ipublish.no/wp-admin automaticly redirects to http://thomas.ipublish.no/forum/wp-admin

How can I avoid this?

I'm greatful for all help.
