&#60;p&#62;1) You didn't configure the config.php file correctly and that's why the site has no CSS: &#60;a href=&#34;http://my-cool-forums.example.com/bb-admin/install.css&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://my-cool-forums.example.com/bb-admin/install.css&#60;/a&#62; should be &#60;a href=&#34;http://rigelastronomy.com/bb-admin/install.css&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://rigelastronomy.com/bb-admin/install.css&#60;/a&#62;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;2) You need to actually run the installer, much like WordPress
