Then I changed the config-file as written, before installing a .mo-file in /bb-includes/languages. The .mo file is based on the 0.8.3 bbpress.pot file. I´m pretty sure this is done correctly. But nothing happens. Same old english language everywhere. I could use it for my forum but I realize that some part really needing to be modified. I tried then to open the ja.po file in PoEdit, which I managed to do.
