I don't know of a way to whitelist a user.</p> <p>Is she posting more than 3 links per post? I think that's one of the triggers. Since they don't publish what triggers someone to get caught as spam, it's hard to say exactly what triggers it. Totally out of the blue, without any changes to the forum, a handful of my members posts are being marked as spam, and half of those users are marked as bozo. Because I have nothing to go on, I can't offer up any useful info for a solution at this point.</p> <p>It's not a huge problem since I can just check the spam every couple of days and send the posts to the forum. The last bozo solution worked so well that I don't even check it anymore, but someone emailed me today to alert me and I found a stack of posts from the last 2-4 days marked as spam. </p>
